1. General

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as ”you”) with Näslund & Jonsson Import AB, (hereinafter referred to as “SNÖ of Sweden”, ”us ” or ”we”), through the SNÖ of Sweden or via telephone (jointly referred to as ”snoofsweden.com”).

By using snoofsweden.com and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the ”Terms”). Please make sure that you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.

Only persons who are at least the age of majority, 18 or 19 years old depending on the province/territory, and who are not under guardianship, and are not acting in a capacity of a company, and have a residential or other address in the country you are shopping from may place an order.
The inclusion of products or services on snoofsweden.com at any given time does not imply or guarantee that these products or services will be available. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without providing you with prior notice. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those on snoofsweden.com at the time you place your order.

SNÖ of Swden wants to provide the best possible online experience. To achieve this goal, we need to be sure that our services run like clockwork. You understand and agree not to (i) post, transmit, redistribute, upload, or promote any communications or content that could harm or negatively impact our business, products or services; (ii) act in a manner or employ any device that restricts, impairs, interferes or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Site, or which impacts the security of the Site, or (iii) employ any device or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (including without limitation spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the Site, or to copy content from the Site. We reserve the right to immediately bar access to the site and close the account of any user who violates this provision or any other provision in these terms and conditions.

2. Prices and delivery charges

The prices displayed on snoofsweden.com does not include Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), local retail sales tax or the delivery charge. The HST or local retail sales tax will depend on the place of delivery and will be calculated in the checkout prior to completing the purchase.

The delivery charge for each order will be the same, regardless of the size or weight of your order. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process. Our standard delivery fee is $6 / €8 / 50 CYN. Free shipping in Scandinavia & Free shipping on all other orders over €35 / £30 / $40 / 50 CYN. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to make more than one delivery, there will not be an additional charge for any subsequent deliveries. Prices in-store and online may vary.

3.Beställning/upprättande av avtal

När du har lagt din beställning, mejlar vi dig en orderbekräftelse, under förutsättning att du har försett oss med din e-postadress. Om vi av någon anledning inte kan skicka din beställning, kommer vi att informera dig om detta snarast möjligt. Om vi redan har mottagit betalning för en sådan beställning, kommer vi att återbetala det aktuella beloppet med hjälp av samma betalningssätt som du använde då du gjorde din beställning, i den mån detta är möjligt. Om återbetalningen av något skäl måste ske på ett annat sätt, kommer en SNÖ of Sweden-medarbetare att kontakta dig för att se till att återbetalningen kan utföras.
Varje beställning måste uppgå till minst totalt 1 SEK (efter avdrag för rabatter).

4. Leverans

SNÖ of Sweden exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will endeavor to deliver your order to an address in your country in accordance with your selected delivery option.

SNÖ of Sweden endeavors to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and in the order in which they are placed. We aim to deliver within 3 to 6 working days following confirmation of an order, unless otherwise agreed. Please allow up to 5 additional days for rural/remote areas. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated timeframe, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. In the unlikely event the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order.

5. Withdrawal of Order

Du kan ångra eller returnera din beställning från och med den dag du gör din beställning till och med 14 dagar efter mottagandet av dina beställda varor. Om du vill ångra ditt köp eller returnera din beställning, ber vi dig att meddela oss detta skriftligen, genom att använda det förtryckta returformuläret samt fraktetiketten som medföljde i ditt paket. Du kan även mejla till webshop@snoofsweden.com. Alternativt kan du fylla i och skicka in konsumentverkets standardformulär. Oavsett vilket av ovannämnda sätt du använder, måste det skriftliga meddelandet vara oss tillhanda inom den 14-dagarsperiod som anges ovan. Du har därefter ytterligare 14 dagar på dig att returnerna varorna i enlighet med avsnitt 6 (Returer) nedan. Vi kommer att göra en återbetalning, företrädesvis med samma betalningssätt som du använde vid beställningstillfället (eller, om betalning ännu inte har erlagts för de aktuella varorna, se till att returen återspeglas i saldot på ditt konto), snarast möjligt, dock senast inom 14 dagar efter det att vi har fått ditt meddelande om ånger av köpet under förutsättning att vi har fått tillbaka varorna eller bevis på att du har skickat tillbaka varorna. Ett annat betalningssätt kan komma att användas för återbetalningen, under förutsättning att du godkänner en sådan ändring. Detta kommer under inga omständigheter att medföra några extrakostnader för dig.
Om du har mottagit en felaktig vara ska du omgående meddela SNÖ of Sweden om detta och returnera varan i enlighet med avsnitt 6 (Returer) nedan. För varor som vi bedömer vara felaktiga gör SNÖ of Sweden en fullständig återbetalning. Bestämmelserna häri begränsar inte gällande lagstadgade rättigheter.

You may cancel or return your order from the date you place the order until 30 days after receipt of the ordered items.
If you wish to cancel or return your order, please provide us with notice in writing either by post, preferably by using the pre-printed return form in your parcel, or via email to webshop@snoofsweden.com; and return the item(s) to us as set out in section 6 (Returns) below within the 30-day period set forth in section 5.1 above. We will provide a refund attempting to use the same method used to make the payment (or, if the items have not yet been paid for, reflect the return of the items in your account balance) as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your notice of cancellation, provided we have received the items or evidence of you having sent back the faulty items. Another payment method may be used for the refund, provided that you consent to such a change; in any case this will not generate any additional charges.

If the item you have received is defective, please notify SNÖ of Sweden promptly and return the item in accordance with section 6 (Returns) below. SNÖ of Sweden will, for any products deemed defective, provide a full refund, including the costs of delivery and return. The provisions set forth herein do not limit any applicable statutory rights.

In the event of an error in connection with any products or services displayed through snoofsweden.com (including typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability), SNÖ of Sweden reserves the right to cancel any order prior to the time it is delivered to you.

6. Returns

SNÖ of Sweden garanterar en fullständig återbetalning eller, om du så föredrar, byte av returvaror i enlighet med avsnitt 5 (Ångerrätt), under förutsättning att alla varor returneras i samma skick som de var i vid leveransen till dig. SNÖ OF SWEDEN guarantees a full refund of any returned items in accordance with section 5 (Withdrawal of Order), provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any jewelry boxes or tags should be intact.

All our parcels contain a pre-printed return form for you to use if you decide to return any items. You will find more detailed information regarding our return process on the delivery note and in our Returns and Refund Policy.

7. Payment methods

You can pay with the following payment options:

Credit card or debit card
You can enter your payment details at the time you place your order using a valid credit or debit card (VISA or Mastercard). The applicable amount will immediately be reserved on your card but will not be debited until the goods are dispatched. SNÖ American Express). An administrative fee of SEK 0 per purchase will be added. If the payment fails a reminder fee of SEK 60.00 will be added as well as interest of 25.00 %. At the time of payment a credit check will be made which in some cases involves extracting credit information. You will then receive a copy of the credit information by post. Personal information is treated in accordance with the applicable legislation. Klarna processes personal information for the purpose of conducting customer analysis, identification, credit control and marketing. Personal identification numbers are used as customer numbers for customer processing purposes.

Klarna Invoicing Instalments - Slice Payment
The mode of payment for those who choose to pay monthly. A Klarna account is more than just an account. Apart from always receiving your goods at home before you pay, all of your purchases are gathered on one account. This applies even if you have traded in a number of different shops via Klarna account. This means a single invoice, irrespective of the number of purchases.

• Buy now – pay at the end of the next month
• An administrative fee of SEK 29, irrespective of the number of purchases

When making purchases of SEK 10,000 with Klarna Account the basic payment terms are the arrangement fee of SEK 0. The applicable annual interest is 19.0 % which is equivalent to an effective rate of interest of 29.22 %. The credit purchase price is SEK 11,458. The number of instalments is 12 and each instalment is SEK 995. The example assumes that payment is made within one year.
At the time of purchase a credit check is conducted which in certain cases involves credit information being extracted. You will then receive a copy of the credit information by post.

PayPal
When paying by PayPal, SNÖ OF SWEDEN reserves the right to check the validity of the PayPal account, that there are enough funds to cover the purchase sum and validate the billing address details of the purchaser. The applicable amount will immediately be reserved on your PayPal account but will not be debited until the goods are dispatched from the warehouse. SNÖ of Sweden reserves the right to deny any purchase.

8. Color

We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colors. The color you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors.

9. Garanti

If there are defects in the goods you have purchased, SNÖ of Sweden abides by all statutory guarantee regulations. If you have a complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing faults in goods that we have supplied, including damage incurred in transit, please let us know by returning the goods to us without delay by using the provided pre-printed return form.

10. Severance

If any part of these Terms is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or regulator, the other Terms shall continue to apply.

11. Ownership of rights

Alla immateriella rättigheter, som varumärken och upphovsrätt, på snoofsweden.com, tillhör Näslund & Jonsson Import AB. All användning av snoofsweden.com eller dess innehåll, inklusive kopiering eller lagring av sådant innehåll i dess helhet eller delar därav, annat än för ditt eget personliga, icke-kommersiella bruk, är förbjudet utan tillåtelse av SNÖ of Sweden.

All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights at snoofsweden.com remain with Näslund & Jonsson Import AB and its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of snoofsweden.com or its contents, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of SNÖ of Sweden.
