The product I bought has broken or is defect, how do
make a claim?
- If the product has broken, is defect or in any other way doesn't
fulfill your expectations we recommend you to make a claim. To do
this you need to contact the retailer where the product was
purchased. SNÖ of Sweden does not handle claims sent in by end
consumers.
